Data Centers
Green data center development that treats power as the project, from the first grid study to live operation.
A data center is an energy project with computing attached. The scarce input is not land, servers, or capital: it is connectable power. Projects stall in interconnection queues, not on construction sites. So we start where the constraint is: we site facilities against available grid capacity, engage the utility before the architect, and structure renewable supply from the outset rather than retrofitting it as a certificate. From there, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and long-term operation run as one continuous responsibility.
The cluster is built from what we already run. Our green-energy work develops utility-scale solar and carries the same grid-connection and permitting chain a data center needs. Our field crews install and commission electromechanical plant in-house. Our EPC practice manages design, procurement, and construction across borders, delivered through the six-firm network across Europe, the Gulf, and Africa. A data center is an industrial facility with unusually dense power and cooling, and we build it the way we build industrial plants: work packages, hold points, documented handover.

Long-lead equipment procurement, civil works, electromechanical installation by our own field crews with welded piping to certified procedures, modular and prefabricated build formats.
Heat reuse integration
Capture of waste heat from cooling loops and connection to district heating, industrial, or building offtakers where the economics support it.

Integrated systems testing, load testing, verification of measured performance against the design basis, full documentation package.
Operation & maintenance
Long-term O&M of power and cooling plant, energy-performance monitoring, capacity management, efficiency retrofits of existing facilities.
The megawatts decide the schedule
The critical path of a data center project runs through the utility, not the construction site. Grid connection timelines and transformer lead times set the completion date before the first drawing is issued. We therefore treat power as the first work package: capacity studies and utility engagement before design, early reservation of long-lead electrical equipment, and where the grid cannot deliver in time, behind-the-meter generation with solar and storage to bridge the gap.
The same logic governs siting. A mediocre plot next to connectable capacity beats a perfect plot behind a congested substation. We evaluate sites the way we evaluate solar land: grid access first, then everything else.
Green that survives an audit
We avoid absolute claims. No facility we design will be called carbon neutral on our pages unless an independent party certifies it. What we offer instead is verifiable engineering: efficiency targets fixed in the design basis and tested at commissioning under stated load, renewable supply procured on the same grid the facility draws from, and water and energy consumption metered and reported, not estimated. What we cannot measure, we do not state.
Heat reuse gets the same discipline. Recovering heat from cooling loops is proven engineering, but it is only green when someone actually uses the heat. We design the recovery loop together with a named offtaker, a district network, an industrial process, or a neighboring building, and we state plainly when a site has no viable offtaker rather than labelling it reuse-ready.
