Engineering & EPC

From design and procurement to construction management and regulatory approval.

0206Sectors: Aluminium & Metals / Oil, Gas & Refining / Petrochemicals / Power Generation / Mining & Minerals / Water & Waste-to-Energy / Infrastructure & Rail

For projects that need engineering depth, we take responsibility for the whole chain: process, mechanical, civil, and electrical design, procurement, construction management, and quality assurance, delivered as EPC or EPCM depending on how much control you want to keep.

The cluster also covers the specialist scopes that industrial projects stand on: process automation and visualization, electric power distribution, coded pressure vessel design and fabrication, storage tanks, and industrial piping. Where a project needs regulatory approval, we prepare and coordinate the submission.

EPC or EPCM, decided on purpose

The contracting model is an engineering decision, not a formality. Under EPC we take single-point responsibility for design, procurement, and construction against a defined price and schedule. Under EPCM we manage the same chain on your behalf while you hold the trade contracts. We recommend one or the other based on how your project allocates risk, not on what is convenient for us.

Interfaces are where projects leak

Most cost and schedule loss happens between disciplines: a vendor drawing that never reached the piping designer, a control-system change nobody priced. Our project management is built around interface registers, structured design reviews, and change control that prices a deviation before it is approved. Boring on paper, decisive on site.
