Beyond the core industrial clusters, we carry a small set of specialty technologies chosen for substance rather than breadth. In infrastructure, we offer advanced soil stabilization for road construction: treating the ground that is already there into a load-bearing layer instead of excavating it and importing material.
In biotechnology, we are building an early commercial position in high-value microalgae-derived bioactive ingredients for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic applications. We present this exactly as what it is, an emerging line at an early stage. Where a client needs a technology we do not carry, we source and coordinate licensing for it.

Soil stabilization: the engineering case
Conventional road construction excavates weak ground and replaces it with imported layers of gravel and crushed stone. Stabilization takes the opposite route: the existing soil is treated in place and compacted into the load-bearing layer itself. Less excavation, less material haulage, shorter construction sequences, and a road bed engineered from what the site already provides. We advise on where the method fits, and support projects from feasibility through design.
Biotech ingredients, stated plainly
Microalgae are a concentrated source of bioactive compounds that pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and cosmetic formulators pay a premium for. Our position in this field is early-stage and we say so. We are developing the line deliberately, and we will publish claims only as they become verifiable. Inquiries from formulators and distributors interested in the pipeline are welcome now.
